To David Magargle, Paul Magargle, Jr., Jamie Magargle and the Unknown Lineal Descendants of Paul Magargle and David Magargle:

Jeffrey S. Magargle and Judy L. Magargle have made application to probate the last will and testement of Alfred Stanley Magargle in the matter estate of Alfred Stanley Magargle, deceased, No. 2025 ES 031, Portage County Probate Court, located at 203 West Main Street, 3rd Floor, Ravenna, OH 44266.

You are hereby notified that the decedent died on January 11, 2025. That the decedent's will was admitted to probate by this court located at 203 West Main Street, 3rd Floor, Ravenna, OH 44266 on February 26, 2025.

This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate a person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate.

After a certificate is filed evidencing notice given any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate.
