To: Paul Graves, Jr., whose last known address is 9172 Hampshire, Garrettsville, OH 44231, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on October 4, 2024, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2024 DR 00699, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible.

Please take notice that a hearing is schedule for May 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before April 18, 2025.
