Brian T. Hertneky, 108 Chelmsford Drive, Aurora, OH 44202, Plaintiff vs. Jennifer A. Hertneky, Defendant.

Jennifer A. Hertneky, whose last known address is 8108 Whitewing Dr., Frisco, TX 75034, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 31, 2024, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2024 DR 535, praying that he be awarded an absolute divorce from the Defendant based on the grounds as alleged herein; that Plaintiff be designated temporary and permanent residential parent of the minor children; that Plaintiff be awarded temporary and permanent child support; that the Court order an equitable distribution of the martial assets and liabilities; order Defendant to pay her separate debt, if any; order an equitable division fo the parties' marital debts; make a determination of Plaintiff's separate property and award the same to him; award Plaintiff his rightful share of the martial and separate property of the parties and any such other or further relief to which he may be entitled either in law or in equity based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible pursuant to 3105.01 of the Ohio Revised Code

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before October 15, 2024.
