Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Whispering Pines MHC, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Horizon Land Co., intends to petition the Portage County Municipal Court to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled in the name of Kevin Washington. The manufactured home is located at 1915 State Route 59, Lot 38, Kent, Ohio 44240.
