NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to R.C. section 1923.12 et seq and other applicable law that the mobile home described below belonging to Kenneth Robinson, is considered ABANDONED and remains on the premises of the Hamlet Mobile Home Park following the lawful eviction of the former resident stemming from case number 2025CVG01419K in the Portage County Municipal Court, in which an eviction judgment was entered in favor of Hamlet Mobile Home Park, LLC on September 30th, 2025. Despite being ordered to remove the mobile home from the property, no action has been taken to do so.

The record owner of the mobile home – Kenneth Robinson - is deceased, and no known heirs, legal representatives, or fiduciaries have come forward to claim ownership or arrange for the removal of the mobile home.

The landlord of the mobile home park, Hamlet Mobile Home Park, LLC, is in the process of seeking legal title to the mobile home pursuant to R.C. sections 1923.12 et seq and applicable law.

Any person or entity with a legal claim or ownership interest in the above-described mobile home must contact Powers Friedman Linn, PLL – Kyle L. Ripma, Esq. at 216- 514-1180, within 30 days of the publication date of this notice and must provide documented proof of ownership or other legal interest in the subject mobile home. Failure to do so will result in the landlord proceeding with legal action to obtain title to the mobile home, free and clear of all liens and claims.
