Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees or Legatees of William N. Rhodes, whose last known addresses are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on January 10, 2017, Portage Community Bank filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County Ohio in Case No. 2017 CV 00015 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleadings is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
