And known as being Unit #16, Building "E", in Kensington Lane Condominium as established by the declaration of condominium recorded December 23, 1992 in Volume 1136, Pages 293 through 334 and by the general plan of condominium domain, Exhibit "B" to said declaration, recorded in Plat Volume 92-59; as amended by the 1st Amendment to Kensington Lane Condominium to include the revised schedule of percentage of interest recorded in Volume 1143, Page 600 and as amended by the 2nd Amendment to Kensington Lane Condominium recorded in Plat Volume 93-17; and as amended by the 3rd Amendment to Kensington Lane Condominium recorded in Plat Volume 93-21 of Portage County Records, together with an undivided 1.92% interest in the common areas and facilities of said condominium, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $130,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
