Cooke, Jr., Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on August 24, 2016, Robert H. White, II, filed his Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2016 CV 00776, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of earl O. Cooke, Jr., Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of a valid judgment lien upon the real property of Defendant Carol A. Cooke, said Petitioner demands that the Defendant named above be required to answer, setting up any right, title, interest, lien or estate in said real property which they have or claim to have thereon, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said judgment lien, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the process of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's Claim the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 12th day of October, 2016.
