And known as being the South 100 feet of the West 35 feet of Lot No. 2 in Ainsworth's Subdivision of Lot No. 1 to 10 to the Village of Kent as the same is platted and recorded in Volume 88, Page 389, Portage County Records. Together with all rights to which the above described premises are entitled to the used of the Westerly three (3) feet of the East 25 feet of said Lot No. 2 for driveway purposes reserved in deed from the Grantors to ADDM Corporation dated March 2, 1967. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $80,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
