Sweet (D.V. 1031, Page 753) and being N. 00 deg. 22' 26" E., a distance of 15.00 feet from an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of Lot 16; thence N. 00 deg. 22' 26" E., a distance of 306.87 feet along the centerline of Mantua Center Road and the West line of Lot 16, to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of land now or formerly owned by E. Schinke, Sr.; thence S. 09 deg. 18' 58" E., a distance of 680.16 feet to an iron pipe at Schinke's Southeast corner on the West line of Woodhaven Estates (P.B. 23, Pg. 74) and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the road center; thence S. 00 deg. 28' 31" W., a distance of 306.92 feet along the West line of Woodhaven Estates to an iron pipe set at a Northeasterly corner of Sweet; thence N. 89 deg. 18' 40" W., a distance of 659.61 feet along Sweet's North line to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe set at 30.00 feet from road center. Containing 4.649 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed in August, 2000 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
