Real property in the Township of Edinburg, County of Portage, State of Ohio and is described as follows, also known as being part of Subdivision 3 of Lot 8 in the South East Quarter of Edinburg Township and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of T.H. 54-E (Porter Road) and T.H. 121-A (Clark Road), said point also being the Southeast corner of Subdivision 3 of Lot 8 of the Southeast quarter of Edinburg Township; thence with the center line of said Clark Road N. 89 degrees 40' West, 975.71 feet to a point, and the true place of beginning for the parcel herein to be conveyed; thence continuing with the centerline of Clark Road N. 89 degrees 40' West, 174.24 feet to a point; thence with lands Campbell North 0 degrees 20' East, 500.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence with additional land of Sturtevant South 89 degrees 40' East, 174.24 feet to an iron pin found; thence with additional lands of Sturtevant South 0 degrees 20' West, 500.00 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pin found 30.00 feet to said beginning, containing 2.000 acres of land, as surveyed in October, 1978 by Douglas E. Bedore, R. S. 6023.
Save and Except easements and restrictions of record, zoning ordinances, real estate taxes and assessment, if any, prorated to the date of this deed.

Said Premises Appraised at $125,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
