Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of State Route #18, a 60' highway and the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Marks Avenue as established by instrument recorded in Volume 568, Page 22 of the Portage County Records of Deeds (witness an iron pipe set N. 2 deg. 30' E., 30.02 feet from this point); thence N. 2 deg. 30' E., along the Easterly line of Marks Avenue, 40' wide, 498.34 feet to an iron pipe found at the intersection of the Easterly line of Marks Avenue and the Southerly line of land conveyed to Egrid by instrument recorded in Volume 722, Page 610; thence S. 89 deg. 22' E., along the Southerly line of Egrid, a distance of 193.08 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southeasterly corner thereof, said iron pipe being on the Easterly line of land conveyed to C. R. and M. G. Marks by instrument recorded in Volume 408, Page 508; thence S. 0 deg. 01' 15" E., along the Easterly line of Marks and the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Hilltop Subdivision #1, a distance of 497.63 feet to the centerline of State Route #18 and the Southeasterly corner of Marks (witness an iron pipe set N. 0 deg. 01' 15" W., 30.00 feet from this point); thence N. 89 deg. 29' 50" W., along the Southerly line of Marks and centerline of State Route #18 as monumented in 1933, a distance of 215.02 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.3321 acres more or less but subject to all legal highways, excepting the following:

R. and M. G. Marks by instrument recorded in Volume 408, Page 508; thence S. 0 deg. 01' 15" E., along the Easterly line of Marks and the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Hilltop Subdivision #1, a distance of 99.95 feet to an iron bar; thence N. 89 deg. 22' W., 197.50 feet to an iron bar set on the Easterly line of Marks Avenue; thence N. 2 deg. 30' E., along the Easterly line of Marks Avenue, 100.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.4481 acres.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
