United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture, Plaintiff vs. Lois M. Nicholas, et al., Defendants.

The Defendants, Lois M. Nicholas, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Lois M. Nicholas and Paul B. Barker, Jr., whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on October 5, 2015, United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture filed its Complaint in Case No. 2015 CV 00782 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property known as P.P. #41-058-10-00-184 and 9853 Bright Drive, Windham, OH 44288 for street numbering purposes.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before June 3, 2016. You are also required to serve a copy of your answer upon Plaintiff's attorney.
