In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate Stephen J. Smith's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, May 23, 2016, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Ravenna to-wit:

And known as being Subdivision No. 37 in Large Lot No. 66/Ravenna Township and more specifically described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the East line of South Chestnut Street 340.4 feet South of the Southeast corner of South Chestnut Street and Van Buren Avenue; thence East along the South line of land owned by H. Jones to the West line of an alley known as Hickory Way; thence South along the West line of Hickory Way to the Northeast corner of land of G. Mileski; thence West along the North line of said Mileski land to the East line of South Chestnut St.; thence North along the East line of South Chestnut St. 52 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.25 acres of land. Said tract was previously described as .25 acre of land in the Northwest corner of 8 acre Lot No. 3 in Large Lot No. 66 in the previous conveyance recorded in Vol. 484, Page 111 of deed records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
