Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot 65 in Randolph and further described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Waterloo Road and in the South line of Lot 65 and being S. 88 degrees 54' E., 820.00 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 65; thence N. 1 degree 06' E., 193.00 feet along the Grantor's West line to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence S. 88 degrees 54' E., 90.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 1 degree 06' W., 193.00 feet to the centerline of Waterloo Road and the South line of Lot 65 and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 88 degrees 54' W., 90.50 feet along the lot line and road center to the beginning. Containing 0.40 of an arce of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in November, 1970 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
