Beginning at an I.P. marking the centerline intersection of Wayland Road C.H. 132 and Basket St. T.H. 621; thence S. 87 deg. 22' E., a distance of 30.04 feet along the centerline of Basket St. to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 22' W., a distance of 20.02 feet to an I.P. being the Southwest R/W corner of Wayland Road and Basket Street, which is the true place of beginning; thence S. 87 deg. 22' E., a distance of 248.17 feet along the Southerly line of Basket St. to an I.P.; thence S. 0 deg. 22' E., a distance of 251.65 feet through the property of the Grantor to an I.P.; thence S. 83 deg. 00' W. a distance of 249.50 feet along the North line of R. W. and T. Tasker to an I.P. in the East R/W line of Wayland Road; thence N. 0 deg. 22' W. a distance of 142.60 feet along the East R/W of Wayland Road to an I.P.; thence the following three courses around the R/W of 25.00 foot alley; S. 87 deg. 22' E., a distance of 87.60 feet to an I.P.; N. 0 deg. 22' W., a distance of 25.03 feet to an I.P.; N. 87 deg. 22' W., a distance of 87.60 feet to an I.P. in the East R/W of Wayland Road; thence N. 0 deg. 22' W., a distance of 125.83 feet along the East R/W of Wayland Road to the true place of beginning and containing 1.5004 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.

Said Premises Appraised at $70,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
