The Huntington National Bank, Plaintiff vs. William O. Cralley, et al., Defendants.
To: Barrington Homeowners Association, whose last known address is unknown you will take notice that on the 27th day of January, 2016, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, OH 44266, being Case No. 2016 CV 00064, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $136,999.77, plus accrued interest of $4,104.89, plus interest at 5.99% (variable) per annum from September 1, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 585 Club Drive, Aurora , OH 44202, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 03-016-00-00-265-000
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 21st day of April, 2016.
