Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Original Brimfield Lot No. 13 and is further described as follows:
Beginning at a bridge spike found in the centerline of Howe Road TH 83, 60' West, at the Southwest corner of said Original Brimfield Township Lot No. 13; thence along the centerline of Howe Road and the Southerly line of said Lot 13, North 89 deg. 50' 53" East, a distance of 1198.00 feet, but to a point on the Southeast corner of a 3.00 acre tract of land now or formerly owned by G. W. & C. M. Mitchell (1049/616 see also survey P-1126) and the true place of beginning for this parcel of land; thence along the Easterly line of the said 3.00 acre tract of land North 00 deg. 24' 07" West, a distance of 370.00 feet to an iron rod set and passing over an iron rod set at a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 89 deg. 50' 53" East, a distance of 274.19 feet to an iron rod set; thence South 00 deg. 09' 07" East, a distance of 370.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Howe Road and the Southerly line of said Lot 13 and passing over an iron rod set at a distance of 30.00 feet from said centerline and lot line; thence along the centerline of Howe Road and Southerly line of said Lot 13, South 89 deg. 50' 53" West, a distance of 272.58 feet to the true place of beginning and containing a total of 2.322 acres of land of which 0.1878 acres are currenty occupied by the Howe Road right-of-way as surveyed and described 1998 by Don Trocchio, Registered Surveyor No. 6445. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
