And known as being part of Lot 71 in said township and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 183 (60 feet) and Moff Road (40 feet), said point being the Southeast corner of said Lot 71; thence N. 89 deg. 17' 50" W., along said Moff Road centerline and the South line of said Lot 71, 928.13 feet to a spike and the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 17' 50" W., along said road centerline, 318.61 feet to a point; thence N. 00 deg. 30' 49" E., 270.00 feet to an iron pin (and passing through an iron pin at 20.00 feet); thence S. 89 deg. 17' 50" E., 318.55 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 00 deg. 30' 00" W., 270.00 feet to the true place of beginning (and passing through an iron pin at 250.00 feet) and containing 1.9746 acres of land as surveyed by E. A. Fay, Registered Surveyor, in October, 1989, but subject to all legal roads, highways and easements of record.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
