R. 225, Alliance-Yale Road and T.H. 49, German Church Road; thence West, a distance of 2185.42 feet along the South line of Lot Number One (1) and the centerline of T.H. 49 to a railroad spike set which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing West, a distance of 447.93 feet along the said lot line and centerline to a railroad spike set; thence North, a distance of 160.00 feet to an iron rod with cap set and passing over an iron rod with cap set at 30.00 feet; thence North 43 degrees 31 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 137.93 feet to an iron rod with cap set; thence East, a distance of 352.93 feet to an iron rod with cap set; thence South, a distance of 260.00 feet to the true place of beginning, passing over an iron rod with cap set at 30.00 feet from the lot line and containing 2.5645 acres, more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhurst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 5065 in June 1993.
