Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 48, said point being in the centerline of Page Road; thence with the centerline of said road S. 00 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West, 200 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence with the lines of land of McCaffery the following:
S. 88 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds E., 250.00 feet to an iron pin found and passing over an iron pin found 30.00 feet from said centerline, N. 00 degrees 08 minutes E., 200.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence with the lands of Cisar S. 88 degrees 59 minutes E., 569.65 feet to an iron pin found; thence with the lands of Kaczyniski S. 00 degrees 04 minutes W., 325.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence with the lands of Bargerstock the following:
N. 88 degrees 59 minutes W., 295.03 feet to an iron pin set; N. 00 degrees 08 minutes E., 249.67 feet to an iron pin set; W. 88 degrees 59 minutes W., 240.00 feet to an iron pin set; S. 00 degrees 08 minutes W., 158.00 feet to an iron pin set; N. 88 degrees 59 minutes W., 285.00 feet to a point and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from said point; thence with the centerline of said road N. 00 degrees 08 minutes E., 33.33 feet to a point and the true place of beginning. Containing 2.9932 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to all exceptions of record in Vol. 1277 at Page 0414, reservations of record set forth in Vol. 1277 at Page 0414, legal highways, easements, and restrictions of record, if any, as surveyed and determined from local records and monumentation in March 1989, by Douglas E. Bedore, Professional Surveyor No. 6023, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
