Beginning at a monument marking the centerline of Harvest Drive and the North right of way of Summit Road C.H. 148; thence N. 86 deg. 40' E., a distance of 125.00 feet along the Northerly right of way line of Summit Road to an I.P. which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 3 deg. 20' W., a distance of 200.00 feet to an I.P.; thence N. 86 deg. 40' E., a distance of 89.98 feet along the Southerly line of Sub Lot 11 of Ravenna Woods Phase 1-A to an I.P.; thence S. 3 deg. 20' E., a distance of 200.00 feet along the Westerly line of property owned by F. J. or L. Sicuro to an I.P.; thence S. 86 deg. 40' W., a distance of 89.98 feet along the Northerly right of way line of Summit Road to the true place of beginning and containing 0.413 acres of land, more or less. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
