And known as being part of small Lot No. 3 in large Lot 66 in the South Division of Lots in Ravenna Township, and for taxation purposes known as Subdivision No. 35 of said Township Lot 66, beginning at the Southeast corner of Sublot 201 of J. Lyman Addition as recorded in Deed Volume 22, Page 592 in the Portage County Record of Deeds, where it intersects the West line of Prospect Street; thence West along said Sublot 201 South line 182 feet 2 inches; thence South parallel with the West line of Prospect Street 59 feet 7 inches; thence East parallel with the North line 182 feet 2 inches to the West line of Prospect Street; thence North along said West line 59 feet 7 inches to the place of beginning and containing about .25 acres. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
