Situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Lot 48 in said township and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of the Portage Line Road which point is S. 00 degrees 16' E., a distance of 943.00 feet from a track spike marking the intersection of the centerline of the Portage Line Road with the Westerly extension of the centerline tangent of U.S. Route 224, (now known as Waterloo Road, C.H. 87), as monumented by the State Highway Department; thence N. 89 degrees 44' E., a distance of 304.00 feet to an iron pipe and passing over another iron pipe set a distance of 30.00 feet from said centerline road; thence S. 00 degrees 16' E., parallel to the centerline of Portage Line Road, a distance of 130.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence 89 degrees 44' W., a distance of 304.00 feet to a point in the centerline of the Portage Line Road and passing over an iron pipe set at a distance of 30.00 feet from said centerline; thence N. 00 degrees 16' W., along the centerline of the Portage Line Road, a distance of 130.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Located at 1037 Portage Line Rd., Suffield Twp., OH 44260.
Said Premises Appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
