Known as being part of Lot No. 49 in said township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the center line of County Highway No. 225 at the Northeast corner of recorded Survey #1657, which is also the Southeast corner of land owned by Albert and Lucy Kropp; thence South 35 degrees 06 minutes West along the center of said County Highway #225, 188.70 feet to an iron pin; thence North 54 degrees 54 minutes West passing through an iron pipe at 30 feet, 165 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 35 degrees 06 minutes East, 75.30 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of recorded Survey No. 1654, which is also the South line of Albert and Lucy Kropps land; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes East along said recorded survey line and Kropss line, passing through an iron pipe at 163.81 feet, 200.21 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres of land, as surveyed in April, 1941 by Leo E. Martin, Survey No. 2587.
SECOND TRACT:
Situated in the township, county, state and lot aforesaid beginning at an iron pin in the center line of County Highway No. 225, South 35 deg. 06 minutes West, 188.70 feet from the Northeast corner of recorded Survey No. 1657, which Northeast corner is also the Southeast corner of land of Albert and Lucy Kropp; thence continuing South 35 deg. 06 minutes West along the center line of County Highway No. 225, 132 feet to an iron pin; thence North 54 degrees 54 minutes West, passing through an iron pin at 30 feet, 165 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 35 degrees 06 minutes East, 132 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 54 degrees 54 minutes East, passing through an iron pipe at 135 feet, 165 feet to the place of beginning and containing 5 acres of land, as surveyed in April, 1941 by Leo E. Martin, Surveyor No. 2587.

Said Premises Appraised at $80,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
