Located in Lots 4 and 5, Atwater Township and combining all four parcels of land as identified in Volume 373, Page 0244 and beginning at an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner of Lot 5 and Northwest corner of Lot 4; thence N. 00-06-00 E., a distance of 272.35 feet along the West line of Lot 5 to a point on the South right of way of U.S. Route 224, Akron-Canfield Road, also called Waterloo Road; thence North 83-47-30 E., a distance of 534.71 feet along the South line of said public roadway to a point at the Northeast corner of this Grantor marked by an iron pin found; thence South 00-14-42 E., a distance of 488.37 feet to an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of this Grantor; thence South 84-09-40 West, a distance of 536.24 feet along the South line of this Grantor to an iron pin found at the Southwest corner thereof on the West line of Lot 4 and passing over iron pins found at 173.20 feet and 354.10 feet marking the South line of this Grantor; thence North 00-11-00 W., a distance of 212.75 feet along the West line of Lot 4 to the place of beginning and containing 5.955 acres of which 3.6772 acres are in Lot 5 and 2.2778 acres are in Lot 4 as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Land Surveyor in May 1972 and corrected for closure in August of 2001.
