Beginning at an iron pin monument found marking the point of intersection of Hudson-Braceville Road (S.R. 303) and Snow Road (T.H. 248) which point is also the Southeast corner of Lot No. 59; thence North 89 deg. 25' 36" West along the centerline of Hudson-Braceville Road and South line of Lot 59, 515.00 feet to a point, the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing North 89 deg. 25' 38" West along said centerline and lot line 150.00 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. 34' 30" East passing over an iron pipe at 33.00 feet, a total distance of 468.60 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 25' 30" East, 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 34' 30" West passing over an iron pipe at 435.60 feet, a total distance of 468.60 feet in the true point of beginning, containing 1.6136 acres of land as surveyed by Donald D. Harvey, Registered Surveyor Number 4112, March, 1985.
