Also known as being part of Brimfield Township Lot 14 and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the West line of Township Lot 14, said pin being S. 1 deg. 39' E., 368.08 feet from an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of Brimfield Township Lot 14; thence S. 89 deg. 52' 15" E., 963.46 feet to an iron pin set at the true place of beginning for the parcel herein to be conveyed; thence with the South line of lands of R. P. & P. Balista S. 89 deg. 52' 15" E., 250.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Cleveland-Canton Road (S.R. 43) and passing over an iron pin found 30.03 feet from said centerline; thence with said centerline of S.R. 43 S. 3 deg. 42' 15" E., 93.20 feet to a point; thence with the lands of Robert Thomas, N. 89 deg. 52' 15" W., 256.23 feet to an iron pin set and passing over an iron pin set 30.03 feet from said road centerline; thence N. 0 deg. 07' 45" E., 93.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record, if any, as surveyed in June 1978 by Douglas E. Bedore, Registered Surveyor No. 6023.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
