Beginning at a point in the centerline of State Route 14 (Cleveland-East Liverpool Road), said point being N. 3 deg. 00' East and 220.00 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 29; thence North 3 deg. 00' East along the centerline of S. R. 14 and West of said lot, 220.00 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 44' East (passing over an iron pipe found at 33.00 feet) and along the South property line of C. C. and H. E. Waltz, 703.80 feet to an iron pipe found on the West property line of R. J. and M. J. Walters; thence South 3 deg. 00' West along said Walters West line and parallel with the road's centerline, 220 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 86 deg. 44' West parallel with Walter's South line (and passing over an iron pipe at 760.80 feet) 793.80 feet to the place of beginning, containing 4.01 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, survey by P. Gray and R. L. Harvey in May, 1957.
