Situated in the Township of Nelson, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 18 in said township, and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Hiram Southington Hartford Road (S.R. 305) at the Northwest corner of land conveyed to M. and A. Kontur by deed recorded in Volume 1157, Page 137 of Portage County Record of Deeds, said point being South 89 degrees 49' 53" West, a distance of 550.23 feet from an iron pin found at the centerline intersection of said Hiram Southington Hartford Road and Prentiss Road; thence South 0 degrees 12' 07" East along the West line of said Kontur's land and along the West line of land conveyed to R. and V. Newcomb by deed recorded in Volume 1157, Page 137 of Portage County Record of Deeds, and passing over an iron pin set at 33.00 feet, a distance of 1500.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 89 degrees 49' 53" West, a distance of 291.41 feet to an iron pin set; thence North 0 degrees 12' West, passing over an iron pin set at 1467.00 feet, a distance of 1500.00 feet to a point on the centerline of said Hiram Southington Hartford Road; thence North 89 degrees 49' 53" East, along said road centerline, a distance of 291.36 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and containing therein 10.0339 acres of land surveyed in April, 1999 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222. Be the same more or less.
