In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate Stephen J. Smith's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, July 13, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Edinburg to-wit:

Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 2 S.E., Sub. Div. 3 and said point being the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of Tallmadge Rd. (C.H. 18) and Porter Rd. (T.H. 54); thence South 0 degrees 43 min. 20 sec. West along the Easterly line of Lot 2 S.E., Sub. Div. 3 and the centerline of Porter Rd. (T.H. 54) a total distance of 2248.90 feet to a road spike set on said line, said point being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence continuing South 0 degrees 43 min. 20 sec. West along the Easterly line of Lot 2 S.E. Sub. Div. 3 and the centerline of Porter Rd. (T.H. 54), a total distance of 126.80 feet to a road spike set on said line; thence North 89 degrees 17 min. 40 sec. West along a line running through the Grantors property and passing over an iron pin set 20.00 feet from the centerline of Porter Rd. (T.H. 54) a total distance of 1063.97 feet to an iron pin set on the Easterly property line of land now or formerly owned by Dova V. Miner; thence North 0 degrees 28 min. 20 sec. East along the Easterly property line of land now or formerly owned by Dova V. Miner, a total distance of 126.80 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 17 min. 40 sec. East along a line running through the Grantors property and passing over an iron pin set 20.00 feet from the centerline of Porter Rd. (T.H. 54) a total distance of 1064.53 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 3.098 acres of land as surveyed in March, 1974 by Floyd L. Thomas and Samuel C. Janka, Reg. Surveyors No. 5461 and 5739 of the State of Ohio.
