And known as being part of Lot 20, Division 4 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the centerline of Whippoorwill Road (T.H. 129) with the West line of said Lot 20; thence N. 89 deg. 53' 04" E., along the road centerline, a distance of 249.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 29' 20" E., and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 263.61 feet to an iron pin on the North line of land now or formerly owned by U. S. Concrete Pipe Company of Florida; thence N. 89 deg. 32' 56" W., along said Concrete Pipe Company's North line, a distance of 249.03 feet to an iron pin found on the West line of said Lot 20; thence N. 0 deg. 29' 20" W., along said West lot line and passing over an iron pin at 231.15 feet, a distance of 261.15 feet to a point and the true place of begnning and containing therein 1.500 acres of land, a surveyed in September, 1978 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
