OneWest Bank, N.A., c/o Financial Freedom, 1 Banting, Irvine, CA 92618, Plaintiff vs. Rita M. Byron, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of Rita A. Livers, et al., Defendants.

Hubert S. Livers, III and Josephine Doe, name unknown, Spouse of Hubert S. Livers, III, whose last known address is 995 North Howard Street, Akron, OH 44310-1333, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Hubert S. Livers, III and the Unknown Successors, Assigns and Surviving Entities of Evans Saving Association, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on January 26, 2015, OneWest Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County Ohio in Case No. CV2015 01 0489 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

Property Address: 995 North Howard Street, Akron, OH 44310 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 55377008 of this County Recorder's Office.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
