May, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 13, 2014, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2014 10 4659. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:
