Beginning at a point in the centerline of Dawley Road and the North line of Lot No. 6 and being North 89 deg. 42' 40" West, 411.69 feet from the intersection of said centerline and lot line with the centerline of Infirmary Road; thence South 1 deg. 03' West, 425.95 feet to an iron rod at the Grantor's Southeast corner and passing over an iron rod set 30.00 feet from the road center; thence North 89 deg. 31' 45" West, 205.00 feet along the Grantor's South line to an iron rod set; thence North 1 deg. 3' East, 425.30 feet to the centerline of Dawley Road and the North line of Lot No. 6 and passing over an iron rod set 30.00 feet from the road center; thence South 89 deg. 42' 40" East, 205.01 feet along the North line of Lot No. 6 and the centerline of Dawley Road to the beginning. Containing 2.003 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed in November, 2004 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.
