In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate Stephen J. Smith's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, April 6, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. and if any parcel does sell, it will be offered on 2nd sale date of Monday, April 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the same location, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Windham to-wit:

Beginning at an iron pin found marking the intersection of the centerline of State Route 303 and Bryant Road (TH-236); thence S. 89 deg. 29' 40" E., along the centerlines of SR 303, 919.74 feet to a point, the true point of beginning for the following described premises; thence continuing S. 89 deg. 29' 40" E., along said centerline, 100.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 0' 30" W., passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 1089.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 29' 40" W., 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 0' 30" E., passing over an iron pipe at 1059.00 feet, a total distance of 1089.00 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 2.4999 acres of land as surveyed in October 1998 by Donald D. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
