Note:
Legal description in Ohio Warranty Deed Instrument 200617941 contains a scrivener's error in italics: should be "...Sublot No. 112 in the Gillie Park Estates..." instead of "Sublot No. 122". Said error does not materially affect the integrity or insurability of the transfer of title to the Grantee.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
