U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, Plaintiff v Thomas W. Ryan, Deceased, et al. Defendants.

Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas W. Ryan, whose last place of residence is known as 12290 Mantua Center Road, Mantua, OH 44255-9363, but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees and Legatees of Thomas W. Ryan, whose last places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on October 27, 2014, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2 filed its Complaint in Case No. 2014 CV 00872 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas W. Ryan and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees and Legatees of Thomas W. Ryan, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioners claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the March 12, 2015
