Being part of Lot 60 South formally Ravenna Township, beginning for commencement at the intersection of the North line of Beecher Street and the West line of Day Street; thence N. 04 deg. 39' 16" W., along the West line of Day Street, a distance of 172.93 feet to an iron pipe found, and the true place of beginning for the property owned by F. S. and J. V. Polichena who claims title through Deed Volume 1013, Page 663; thence turning S. 87 deg. 18' 00" W., a distance of 183.00 feet to a point in a tree root passing over an iron pipe found at 181.54 feet, to the lands owned by Portage Private Industry Council who claims life through Deed Volume O.R. 58, Page 411; thence turning N. 04 deg. 39' 16" W., a distance of 9.00 feet along the property owned by Portage Private Industry Council who claims title through Deed Volume O.R. 58, Page 411 to a capped rebar set; thence along the property owned by Portage Private Industry Council who claims title through Deed Volume O.R. 58, Page 411 and a curve to the left an arc distance of 196.19 feet to a capped rebar set, said curve having a radius if 1967.00 feet and a chord distance of 196.10 feet; thence turning S. 04 deg. 39' 16" E. along the West line of Day Street, a distance of 86.00 feet back to the true place of beginning. Containing 0.1921 acres of land and excepting all easements of record as surveyed by Terrence L. Pearson R.P.S. #7305 in September of 2000. The basis of bearings (S. 87 deg. 18' 00" W.) was taken from Deed Volume 1013, Page 663. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
