And known as being part of Township Lot 30, Division 4 N W and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 30, Division 4 N W and in the centerline of Fisher Road, T.H. 128, 60 foot, South 89 deg. 15' 05" East, a distance of 305.09 feet from a track spike at the Northwest corner of said Lot 30, Division 4 NW; thence continue South 89 deg. 15' 05" East along said North line of Lot 30, Division 4 N W, and said center line of Fisher Road, a distance of 180.43 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 44' 55" West, a distance of 700.32 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet; thence West a distance of 176.33 feet to an iron pipe; thence North a distance of 315.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 deg. 44' 55" East, a distance of 387.66 feet and passing over an iron pipe at 357.66 feet, to the beginning and containing 2.873 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record as surveyed by Dennis G. Heasley, Registered Surveyor No. S-5962, August, 1972.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
