Beginning at a railroad spike found at the intersection of the centerline of C.H. 136, Jones Road, and T.H. 131, Williams Road; thence N. 89 degrees 59 minutes 25 seconds W., along the centerline of T.H. 131, Williams Road, 302.74 feet to a point which marks the principle place of beginning for the following described tract; thence N. 87 degrees 42 minutes 34 seconds W., along the centerline of T.H. 131, Williams Road, 308.64 feet to a point; thence N. 00 degrees 16 minutes 54 seconds E. and passing over an iron pipe set in the North line of T.H. 131, Williams Road 906.01 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds E., 307.71 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 00 degrees 13 minutes 56 seconds W., 911.22 feet passing over an iron pipe set in the North line of T.H. 131, Williams Road to the principle place of beginning and found to contain 6.425 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398, January 27, 1975.

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Jones Road, (CH-136) said point being South 0 degrees 23 minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 1139.38 feet from an iron pin found at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 4; thence South 0 degrees 23 minutes 35 seconds West, along the centerline of said Jones Road, a distance of 324.24 feet, to an iron pin at the intersection of the centerline of said Jones Road and Williams Road (TH-131); thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West, along the centerline of said Williams Road, a distance of 302.74 feet to a spike found at the Southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by Michael J. and Janet Crano; thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes 56 seconds East, along the East line of said Crano's land and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 331.20 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East and passing over an iron pin at 273.70 feet, a distance of 303.70 feet to a point in the centerline of said Jones Road and the true place of beginning and containing therein 2.281 acres of land as surveyed in November, 1975 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222.
