CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC, Successor by Merger to CitiFinancial, Inc., Plaintiff vs. William H. Brooks aka William H. Brooks, Sr., et al., Defendants.

Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of William H. Brooks aka William H. Brooks, Sr., whose last place of residence is known as 316 Remele Court, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948 and 9777 Newton Falls Road, Ravenna, OH 44266, the Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of William H. Brooks aka William H. Brooks, Sr., Deceased, whose last places of residence are unknown and Penny L. Brooks, whose last place of residence is known as 4568 Hayes Road, Apt. 2, Ravenna, OH 44266, but whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on June 30, 2014, CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC, Successor by Merger to CitiFinancial, Inc. filed its Complaint in Case No. 2014 CV 00528 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Property address: 9777 Newton Falls Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Peti--tioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before December 29, 2014.
