And known as being part of Lot No. 49 in the South Division of Lots in Ravenna Township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the parcel of land now owned by M. and N. Mascio (11/19/62) which corner is situated on the East side of North Chestnut Street in said city; thence South along the East line of North Chestnut Street 50 feet; thence East at right angles with the East line of North Chestnut Street 220.0 feet more or less to land owned by L. and M. Cook; thence North along the West line of lands owned by L. and M. Cook and R. and L. Jenkins about 63.5 feet to land owned by A. and Schaer; thence West about 40 feet; thence South about 13.5 feet; thence West about 180 feet to the place of beginning. The North line follows the line of land formerly owned by Wanzor Holcomb. Being the same premises described in deed from Mary L. Haymaker, unmarried to C. P. Likens, dated May 26, 1919 and recorded in Volume 249, Page 169 of Portage County Deed Records. Being the same premises described in deed transferred March 19, 1954 recorded in Portage County Records of Deeds, Volume 568, Page 20. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
