Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage, State of Ohio, is described as follows:
And known as being part of Lot 15 in Atwater Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Virginia Road and the South line of Lot 15, and being N. 89 deg. 43' 14" W., 1044.78 feet from a spike at the Southeast corner of Lot 15; thence N. 89 deg. 43' 14" W., 150 feet along the centerline of Virginia Road and the South line of Lot 15; thence N. 0 deg. 14' E., 1673.10 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's North line; thence N. 88 deg. 47' E., 150.05 feet along said North line to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 14' W., 1,677.02 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center, containing 5.768 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in June, 1974 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
