Situated in the County of Portage, in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Atwater, and known as being a part of Township No. 98 and 90 and more definitely described as being two village lots located in the Northeast part of the Village of Atwater Station, and described in Volume 2, Page 15 of the record of plats of said village, made by E. S. Goodman, assessor, as Lots Nos. 19 and 20, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said lot being Permanent Parcel Number: 01-038-30-00-013-000 and 01-038-30-00-014-000

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
