Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage, State of Ohio, is described as follows:
Known as being part of Original Lot 8 of the Middle Division of Lots of said township, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a 3/4" iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Middle Division, said iron rod also being on the centerline of Dawley Road, T.H. 165 (60 feet wide); thence North 88 degrees 00' 20" East, 120.00 feet along the North line of Lot 8 and the centerline of Dawley Road, to a railroad spike found, said railroad spike also being the true point of beginning for the parcel of land herein described; thence continuing North 88 degrees 00' 20" East, 120 feet along the North line of Lot 8 and the centerline of Dawley Road, to a railroad spike set; thence South 1 degree 48' 00" East, 574.50 feet to a 5/8" rebar set with I.D. cap 7122 and passing over a 5/8" rebar set with I.D. cap 7122 at 30 feet; thence South 88 degrees 00' 20" West, 120.00 feet to a 1/2" rebar found with I.D. cap 7122; thence North 1 degree 48' 00", 574.50 feet to the point of beginning and passing over a 1/2" rebar found with I.D. cap 7122 at 544.40 feet and containing 1.583 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Dan Stankavich, Professional Surveyor No. 7122 on October 30, 1992, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
