Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Sublot 20; thence Southerly 124.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot; thence East along the South line of said lot a distance of 45.00 feet; thence Northerly and parallel to the first described line to the Southerly line of Crain Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the Southerly line of Crain Avenue to the place of beginning.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
