Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being a part of Lot No. Thirty-five (35) in the South Division of Lots in said township, bounded and described as follows:
Being parts of Lots Nos. Ninety-eight (98) and Ninety-nine (99) in "Charles H. Bostwick's Subdivision" of said lot, as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Vol. 62, Page 126 of Portage County Records of Deeds, and also a strip 22.91 feet wide off the North end of Lot No. 107, and also including a parcel of land, formerly used as an "Alley" and so designated on the plat and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southwest corner of said Lot No. Ninety-eight (98); thence South 23 deg. 30' West, 30.09 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot No. 107; thence along the North line of Lot No. 107, 66 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot No. 107, being also the Northwest corner of Lot No. 106; thence North 23 deg. 30' East, 13.41 feet to an iron pin; thence South 83 deg. East parallel with the North line of Lot No. 106, a distance of 66 feet to an iron pin; thence North 23 deg. 30' East, 18.68 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 99; thence North 63 deg. West along the South lines of Lots 99 and 98, 132.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing within the boundaries of said last parcel, 0.0708 acres.

Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being all or part of Sublots 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105 in the Campbellsport Allotment located in Ravenna Township Lot 35, South Div. and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Sublot 105 in said Campbellsport Allotment; thence North 23 degrees 52 minutes East along the West line of Sublots 105 and 101, 260.75 feet to a point on line of land now owned by U. S. Gov't.; thence South 70 degrees 03 minutes East along said boundary 76.04 feet to a point in the North line of Sublot 101; thence South 13 degrees 16 minutes West along boundary of U.S. Gov't. land across Sublots 101, 102, 103 and into Sublot 104, 267.60 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 22 minutes West, 23.22 feet to a point in the South line of Sublot 104; thence North 62 degress 53 minutes West along the South line of Sublots 104 and 105, 103.75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.618 acres as surveyed by R. A. Weinkauf R.S. 3859.
Together with that part of a vacated alley adjacent to and running along the property lines of the above described parcel of land.
Said Premises Located at VL, Frontage on SR 14 and 5336 SR 14, Ravenna, OH.
Said Premises Appraised at $80,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
