In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. O'Neill's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, September 8, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Ravenna to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Lot No. 8 in the South Division of Lots in said Ravenna Township, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin in the North line of West Main Street extension at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 9 of Longview Allotment as shown by the plat of said allotment recorded in Vol. 7, Page 3 of Portage County Plat Records; thence N. 39 deg. W. along said Lot No. 9; thence S. 1 deg. 28' W. (along the West line of said Lot No. 9), 140 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.106 of an acre of land as surveyed by Frank W. Elgin, Registered Surveyor No. 1941.

Beginning on the North line of West Main Street, 100 feet West of the West line of Morgan Road; thence continuing West on said North line of West Main Street, 50 feet; thence North parallel to Morgan Road, 140 feet; thence East, 50 feet; thence South, 140 feet to the place of beginning and being Lot No. 9 of Morgan Heights Longview proposed allotment as shown in Survey No. 1890. Recorded in Vol. 5, Page 129 of the records of surveys of Portage County.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
