Known as being a part of Lot No. 35 in said township, and being Lot No. 11 in Conant's Second Addition to the Village of Mantua, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 63, of Portage County Records of Plats. Iron pipe at all corners as surveyed July 4, 1949, by F. W. Elgin, Registered Surveyor No. 3232.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
