Beginning at a track spike set at the intersection of the Northeasterly corner of Lot 113 and the centerline of T.H. 51, Moff Road; thence N. 89-53-00 W., along the Northerly line of Lot 113 and centerline of T.H. 51, a distance of 524.00 feet to a point, which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence S. 00-17-00 E. (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 30.00 feet) a distance of 294.00 feet to a point; thence N. 89-53-00 W., a distance of 248.00 feet to a point; thence N. 00-17-00 W., a distance of 294.00 feet to a track spike set on the Northerly line of Lot 113 and centerline of T.H. 51; thence S. 89-53-00 E., along the Northerly line of Lot 113 and centerline of T.H. 51, a distance of 246.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.6738 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed July 15, 1993, by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor Number 7288 of T. R. Hornhorst & Associates.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
