And known as being the certain lot or parcel of land known and described as Lot Number Fifty-one on a map or plan now on file in county recorders office to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said lot which is part of property conveyed to George G. Bidwell by J. W. McComb, A. B. Christy and their wives by deed dated August 1, 1906, recorded in Volume 204, Page 66, said lot is further described as fronting on a proposed street called Park Avenue 50 feet more or less and extending back from said street in Easterly and Westerly line 120 feet, more or less on each line and being 50 feet more or less on rear line, right of way is hereby given on proposed street called Park Avenue and Beech Street. Also known as Lot 51 Bidwell Allotment as Platted 3-10 of the Portage County Records.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
